I’m not exactly sure what you want, but you’re going to need to explain it in a better way than “you should be able to open these files”.
The plugin looks like it can handle loading from a DXF or DWG, and can read in an Autocad library, but it’s unclear what file formats you want to support.
If the plugin handles all formats, then I can’t really give you a recommendation. Otherwise, it looks like you want Autodesk’s DWG Viewer plugin.
